Comfort Suites San Antonio North - Stone Oak

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel the staff was great and handled all of our needs. We love staying here whenever we come to San Antonio highly recommend!

The hotel was very nice, quiet, and clean. My only complaint is the carpet in our room did have some stains. However, everything else was very clean! The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of sausage and eggs for breakfast (with cream cheese too)! The elevator did sound like it needed some help, but we experienced no problems during our stay.

The hotel stay was surprisingly comfortable and peaceful, I did enjoy that several shops and restaurants were walking distance if you didn't feel like driving. The rooms were clean and definitely enjoyed the fact that the entire place was smoke free. Will definitely stay there again if needed and the cost was reasonable.

Ive stayed at several Comfort Suites hotels, and they're consistently clean, the rooms are comfy, desk agents are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. But Comfort Suites stone oak is now officially my favorite thanks to the hospitality staff! When I stayed there, I brought my favorite pillow with me, but I forgot it in the room when I checked out. I was sure I'd never see it again, since I live far away—but I REALLY loved that pillow, so I submitted a lost item request anyway. After a few days, I received a surprise phone call. It had been found, and they'd mail it back to me! I paid for shipping and received it today. Thank you to mike and hospitality for going the extra mile!

Perfect place to stay for an early procedure at TSAOG. Quick and easy drive. The mattress (at least in Room 109) was wonderful. For us, it wasn't too hard or too soft - it was just right!!! Parking lot seemed secure and well lit as well.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. While checking in the woman at the desk was very friendly and knowledge of the area. She recommended a parking deck while downtown. Was a big help. The room, a king suite was very clean, very updated and very spacious. We loved it. The breakfast each morning was the same, eggs, sausage, waffles if you choose to make, Texas shaped waffles. The food was good, just got tired of the same things each morning. Also there were pastries and plenty of coffee. There are restaurants and shopping and a movie theatre in walking distance. It is a busy area. Every staff member was kind and helpful. Would stay again.
